Efstathios Martinis started Kalamata Food Purveyors Inc , in 2005 and is acquiring George Martinis company EuroAmericana Inc. and its family legacy. This acquisition will unite the existing retail, distribution and sales network built over the past 20 years with the newly created supply chain and sales network of Kalamata Food Purveyors Inc, established separately over the past four years. This acquisition will generate a stronger supply chain, a more extensive distribution network and consolidation of resources that will increase profits and give it more valued-added quality and prices to the goods sold to our clients. Efstathios Martinis Vendor Inventory Management visions escalated Martinis sales from $1 Million to over $5 Million in sales over the past 4 years. In addition it has generated new capital toward R & D projects such as IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Greek Olives that was launched September 2008.

All of Martinis olive oil is procured directly from the heart of the Kalamata Region (Messenia) in Greece. We import all of our products directly from Greece to our facilities in Hayward, California, except for our direct container purchasing clients; the latter account for over $2.2 Million per year in sales. Three factories work in Greece collectively (An Olive Oil Plant, An Olive Plant, and a Secondary Olive & Olive Oil Holding Plant), procuring each product separately with one facility as a back-up in the event one fails to meet the production needs for the month.
